USA orders: You will have two options at checkout, either FREE USPS first class package (typically takes 2-6 days) or upgraded USPS priority mail (typically takes 2-3 days). Both options include a tracking number with delivery confirmation.
International orders: Due to increased regulations and issues with shipping internationally, I am not currently shipping outside of the US.
Regular Processing Times: Many of my items are made to order and it takes 2-5 days for me to make & prepare your items before they ship.
If you are local and want to pick up your order in Fergus Falls, MN, that option is now available when you checkout. Please email me (sara[at]pillarofsaltstudio.com) to arrange a day & time. Many of my items are made to order and it may take a few days before it is ready for pick-up.
Returns & Exchange Policy
I love wire wrapping and take care with each piece I create and try to accurately represent items in my photos and listing details. I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact me with details. You may return most items, if they are in the same condition they were received, within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. I'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of my error (i.e. the wrong details were given in a listing description, or there was a problem with the construction of a piece). If an exchange is preferred I will issue store credit for the amount of the original purchase price.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
